This Friday, June 3, 2022, the city of Durango and the Credit Union of Colorado will be showing the film Jungle Cruise to kick off the summer series, Movies in the Park.
Movies in the Park is a free event at Buckley Park where members of the community can come and enjoy a family friendly movie on a 20 foot movie screen. Movies begin just 20 minuets after sunset, but the fun begins at 7 p.m.
Those looking to join in the fun are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, and their family and friends to enjoy a movie together. Before the movie begins there will be there will be live music, local youth talent, and other hands on activities.
