Arrive at DRO at least 120 minutes (2 hours) prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight.  3 hours for International flights.

  • United Airlines passengers with checked bags must be processed no later than 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.  If no checked bags, then the cut-off is 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
  • All American Airlines passengers must be checked in no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

The terminal is open 24 hours per day for the convenience of our passengers. Seating, restrooms, and drink vending machines are available.

Tours of DRO:

Tours may be tailored to the specific needs of your class or group, and can usually include a trip to the Airport Fire Department.  A smart-room is available which can be used to show films, or be used as a classroom at the start of the tour.
