Fence/Wall Design Summary (PDF) | Fence/Wall Application (PDF) | A fence/wall permit must be obtained prior to construction or substantial modification of any fence/wall. If the fence/wall meets the applicable requirements, the permit can be issued administratively. If a variance or alternative compliance is required, the Board of Adjustment and/or Design Review Board will review and decide on the request. |
