The emergency water main repair along Crestview Ave. has been completed and water has been restored to the affected area.

If you are experiencing brown or cloudy water, please flush your water line by turning your cold water on until the water comes out clear. Typically, this takes about 15 - 20 minutes.

If there are any questions/concerns please call the City of Durango Utilities Department at (970)375-4801. If you cannot get a hold of someone within the city and have an emergency, please call Dispatch at (970)385-2900

An emergency water main repair is occurring along Crestview Ave. Water service will be momentarily interrupted. This will be affecting businesses and homes from Leyden St. heading south along Crestview Dr. to Kearney St. and west to Eastlawn Ave. Please reference the map below for the location of the emergency water main repair.

Crews are on scene and will remain until the emergency water main repair has been completed, and water restored. Unfortunately, with the nature of construction, we do not have an estimated time when the emergency water main repair will be completed, and water restored.

Drivers, bikers and pedestrians are encouraged to exercise caution, follow all construction signage and flagger instructions.

This will be affecting businesses and homes from Kearney St. heading south along Eastlawn Ave. to El Paso St. Please reference the map below for the location of the emergency water main repair.

Crews are on scene and will remain until the emergency water main repair has been completed, and water restored. Unfortunately, with the nature of construction, we do not have an estimated time when the emergency water main repair will be completed, and water restored.

SCHEDULED WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION - THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2020 STARTING AT 9:00AM

The City of Durango Utilities Department will be overseeing a scheduled valve replacement at the intersection of Avenida Del Sol and Forest Ave. Water service will be momentarily interrupted affecting businesses and homes along Forest Ave. up to Kearney St., El Paso St. down to Eastlawn Ave., and Avenida Del Sol down to Ella Vita Ct. Please reference the map below for the affected area. 

Drivers, bikers and pedestrians are encouraged to exercise caution, follow all construction signage and flagger instructions.
