About Us

Durango - La Plata County Airport has one of the longest runways in the four corners at 9,200 feet long and 150 feet wide.

DRO is professionally staffed with professional Aircraft Fire Fighters (ARFF). We have 2 ARFF fire trucks with 750 lbs of dry chemical, and 1500 gallons of ARFF foam solution.

FBO Services

The Durango-La Plata County Airport has contracted with AvFlight Corporation to provide services to the general aviation at the Durango-La Plata County Airport.
